Takamachi, first see, first call! Takamachi is played with twelve dice, distributed evenly among the players. All players simultaneously roll their dice and try to be the first to find the shape or color that appears most frequently. The player who first spots the most common icon shouts the name of the shape and flips the hourglass. The remaining players then have only ten seconds to find a shape or color that appears more frequently. The winner of the round may then remove one of their dice from the game. Continue playing this way until one player is able to remove all their dice.
