The housing consists of a series of aluminum couplings that provide a compression-free system for precise, smooth shifts, while the flexibility prevents kinks during tight turns. Lighter than traditional linear shift housings, but more durable, these kits combine ultra-smooth polished cables and Slick-Lube liners for optimal performance and style. Each kit includes pre-installed couplings on the housing segments for quick installation. Weighing 20% less than standard shift housing, they reduce system friction with durable, high-quality inner cables. The 2x kits are suitable for both front and rear derailleurs, while the 1x kits are only intended for rear derailleurs or internal gear hubs.
