The range of drill bits in the MINI DRYGRES PREMIUM kit is recommended for drilling in all types of ceramic tiles, especially porcelain tiles, and other wall or floor tiles such as marble and granite. In the drill bits of the MINI DRYGRES PREMIUM kit, RUBI has used VACUUM BRAZED vacuum soldering technology, which increases resistance to high temperatures and friction by securing the diamond particles in the drilling section.DRYGRES PREMIUM diamond drill bits are designed for dry drilling and, thanks to their M14 threaded connection, can be directly attached to an angle grinder or to a drill using the drill adapter (ref. 05976).The average lifespan of the MINI DRYGRES PREMIUM diamond drill bits (Ø 6 to 12 mm) is 60 holes. The average lifespan of the drill bits ALWAYS depends on the type of material, its thickness, and proper cooling and use.The drilling depth of the DRYGRES PREMIUM diamond drill bits is 30 mm. The diamond drill bits of the MINI DRYGRES PREMIUM kit contain wax. This wax melts during the use of the drill bit, facilitating cooling and dust binding. Make sure no ceramic residue is left in the solidified wax before continuing to drill. If the wax runs out, you can continue to use the drill bit. Only the total loss of the diamond indicates the end of the drill bit's lifespan.The maximum speed for using DRYGRES diamond drill bits is 14,000 rpm.For a better finish and longer drill bit life, it is important to maintain the recommended rotation speed and to make a pendulum motion with the drill bit during drilling.
